GreenX7 measures wellbeing. Its Battery Check scores a person across eight areas in about sixty seconds, and the business runs programs for corporates, conferences and the public. The science was sound, and the programs were running. The digital side was a set of apps that did not talk to each other. Belver rebuilt it into one platform: a site with a shop, a public Battery Check, and dashboards that read the results.
Tim Jack Adams founded GreenX7 to make wellbeing measurable. The Battery Check asks a person to rate themselves across eight wellness areas, then returns a score, a comparison and a short set of recommendations. Three rooms matter to the business: conference organisers programming a main stage, corporate leaders buying an ESG-compliant wellbeing program, and the public who meet GreenX7 through television, a book or a QR code on a table.
Belver ran discovery in May 2025 ready for launch in August. The work covered the strategy, greenx7.com and its shop, the Battery Check at howsyourbattery.com, the dashboards that aggregate what comes back, the results email and the branded QR codes. One date set the rest: the Energised book launch on 26 August 2025, with a national broadcast campaign behind it.
GreenX7 had the science and the programs. It did not have a platform that could hold the attention coming its way.
The digital side had grown into a set of legacy web apps plus a third-party conference tool, with nothing joining them. The discovery workshop said it in one line: "Various components without clear interconnectivity = confused platform/s + diluted message and objectives." A conference organiser sizing up a keynote, a head of people costing a wellbeing program and a viewer who had just heard the question on television each landed somewhere different, and none of those places explained the rest. The book launch had a date and the broadcast campaign had a run. Whatever replaced the apps had to be live before either, and had to take a national audience arriving at once.
Our approach included several key components:
greenx7.com and howsyourbattery.com were built for the Energised launch on 26 August2025, and Tim Jack Adams featured on Nine's Today later on talking about the book. Several apps and a borrowed conference tool have become one platform, carrying the public check, the shop, the programs and the reporting. We built it to take a national audience arriving in one hit, and the Stage 2 corporate work, where we build a custom platform tailored to the coaching sessions delivery by Tim and GreenX7 starts from it.
